Buy Chickens was started by two midwestern dads with a passion for sustainability. As a wood research scientist at Michigan Technologic University and the owner of ComputerDust.com, Erik feels strongly about the necessity of preserving our resources, our bodies and our health.

Similarly, Matthew went to school for Athletic Training and is also a business owner. His passions lie parallel with Eriks, and conversations about retaining control over these things sparked the idea for Buy Chickens.
